The prestigious Doncaster Education City project represents one of the largest investments into education in the UK. Located on a main gateway route into Doncaster, "The Hub" houses over 33,000 sqm of educational accommodation and provides a prominent, new landmark building for the town.
Developed in line with the Doncaster Urban Renaissance Masterplan, the scheme sympathetically links with the existing urban fabric whilst creating a contemporary architectural addition to the skyline. As the first major development along Doncaster's Waterfront both the architectural and landscape interventions were required to be of the highest design quality - thus setting a benchmark for future projects.
