Centrepiece to the multi phased estate renewal works is the New Learning Resource Centre designed by DLA. Responding to the neighbouring Chapel and mature landscape setting, its distinctive and welcoming form houses a new learning environment for over 3000 students. The floor plates are arranged around a 3-storey atrium space and provide day lit and naturally ventilated private group study areas, IT labs, an open plan library and a 24hr access suite.
