DLA Architecture were appointed to take forward a scheme designed by Studio Egret West for the Clapham One project in London on behalf of United House, appointed by the developer Cathedral.

The scheme will consist of a library, Primary Care Trust, Family Doctors Practice and 136 apartments. The overall scheme is expected to be complete by January 2012, and will transform Clapham High Street.
