A masterplanning exercise for Retirement community of approximately 250 residential properties of varying size and tenure.

The scheme sits on the fringe of an existing residential community close to Scarborough and is envisaged to offer a series of communal buildings to support the leisure and health operations that will support this retirement community for active adults, frail and elderly and specialist care.

The scheme has been developed extending the client operators existing awareness of this emerging market sector with design input relating to the latest research undertaken by educational establishments and the proven track record of the operator and design architect.

The scheme is likely to be phased initially offering a mix of residential properties and the core buildings offering the support accommodation of dining, leisure, gym, library and small village shop.
