A 2/3 storey Medical Health Centre for Bradford Community Health Trust comprising the following accommodation of approximately 40,000 square feet incorporating facilities for 2 G.P surgeries, 2 Dental Practices, Chiropody, Physiotherapy, Speech Therapy, Community Health Services and a Mental Health Resource centre. Additional ground floor "partner" units have also been provided to allow for further community resources. After the consortium was appointed as preferred PFI bidder, the scheme was designed and delivery on time and to budget.
