A masterplanning concept for rural senior living offering a development linking into and recognising existing operating leisure facilities.
The scheme developed an overall concept masterplan indicating a series of mini communities that are linked through the introduction of linear parks and green spaces that are to be heavily landscaped with water features and native ornamental planting.

The scheme is anticipated to be developed in a phased operation allowing a good mix of residential property types contained within each phase with the first phase extending to include leisure and health facilities to those that populate the development.
