Client: Bretton Investment Partnership

Working as part of a development team, we were successfully selected to refurbish and redevelop the Bretton Hall Campus in Wakefield. The proposals include the conversion of a grade II* listed historic hall, including a new extension to provide a hotel and luxury spa. The scheme also envisages an Education Centre with studio space for artists, designers and media companies, along with the conversion of a former Leeds University Building to provide conferencing facilities. Key to the design is the reconnection of the site and facilities with the adjacent Yorkshire Sculpture Park and the integration of public art into the landscape and buildings.
