Client: Royal London Asset Management

This is a significant urban regeneration project in the centre of the historic spa town of Harrogate. The scheme retains the Turkish Baths and Tourist Information Office, whilst integrating commercial leisure and cafe/restaurant units. The Western block constructed in the 1930's has been demolished to provide a landscaped setting to the older building of an original 1898 design, with car parking concealed below.

In addition DLA Interiors were commissioned to create a spa alongside the historic Turkish Baths, including a new reception and Cafe area, therapy rooms and a Jacuzzi room in a grade II listed room.
