Spenfield House is listed grade II both externally and internally, and contains some original William Morris tapestry wall coverings. This called for a sensitive approach to create a meeting suite in the ground floor rooms and a beauty salon at first floor level.

The works included the involvement of specialist sub-contractors to replace areas of damage ornate cornicing and external ornate stonework.
