Client: Stakis

The Stakis Casino building on Wellington Street, Leeds was designed in a style reminiscent of 1950s architecture, but with a range of more modern features. Design advantage was taken of the functional requirements, with for example the stair towers enclosed in curved glass block walls, which are dramatically lit at night, to add visual interest and dynamic effect.
