Designed for Travelodge, this Harrogate Town Centre development is situated adjacent to The Royal Baths and within close proximity of The Conference Centre.

Set in a conservation area, the design was carefully considered to provide a solution which sits comfortable within its surroundings, whilst providing the standard bedroom layouts required by the operator.

The development comprises of basement parking for 13 cars, a ground floor retail unit and entrance foyer to the hotel with a total of 46 hotel bedrooms to the first, second and third floors.

The structure comprises of a steel frame with composite concrete floors up to first floor slab level with sustainable timber frame construction over.
