As a mixed use development situated on the existing Stonedale Crescent Shopping Park on the A580 East Lancs Road, Liverpool, the scheme will act as a catalyst for the redevelopment of the Stonedale area, and as a landmark for those approaching Liverpool from the East.

The four storey development accommodates a restaurant unit together with three other retail units at ground floor with a 66 bed Travelodge Hotel over served from a ground floor reception area.

The scheme was completed in November 2009.
