Cortonwood Business Park is a major enterprise zone mixed use regeneration scheme on the former Cortonwood colliery site, with access from the A 6195 Dearne Valley Parkway (the Dearne Towns link road).

The scheme comprises almost 300,000 fs. (27871 ms.) of B2/ B8 floorspace with a possible further 30,000 fs. (2787 ms.) of industrial floorspace currently under consideration.

The balance of the site provides food and non-food retail accommodation, as well as a headquarters office building, two diners and a PFS.
