Planning consents were secured on behalf of Wilson Bowden Developments Limited and The Northwest Regional Development Agency, who are supporting the development with The Rochdale Development Agency. Five units, totalling over 16,000 square metres in area have been completed, with two units already occupied, followed by a major distribution facility of over 60,000 square metres completed in early 2011.
