DLA have been involved with the overall masterplanning of the development, the design and implementation of structural landscape, securing strategic approvals and the implementation of the commercial elements of the development.

The business park forms an integral part of the mixed use development alongside retail, leisure and residential.

The first phase of the business park consists of five industrial units of differing building sizes, (totalling 130,000 fs./ 12077 ms.) designed to a consistent theme, with the emphasis on the quality of building envelope, internal accommodation and landscape setting.
