The i2 campus is a mixed office and workspace development by Network Space, a joint venture between the Langtree Group PLC and English Partnerships.

The site is located two miles south-west of Mansfield town centre, with easy access to the A617 (the new Mansfield and Ashfield Regeneration Route - MARR), the A38 and M1 motorway at junction 28.

The i2 campus is immediately adjacent to the Mansfield i-centre. Whereas the i-centre offers "incubation" space for start-up companies, i2 provides space in which these and other occupiers can grow and expand.

The i2 campus offers seven single storey workspace units of varying sizes, starting at 139ms.(1,496fs.), and totalling 1486ms.(16,000fs.) with a Breeam "excellent" rating. The complementary three and four storey office building, totalling 3205ms.(34,500fs.), provides for managed office suites of varying sizes starting at 147ms.(1,585fs.) and has a "very good" Breeam rating.
