Totalling 583,000 fs. (54162 ms.) of development, Gadbrook RDC comprises a bulk grocery and bread warehouse of 455,000 fs. ( 42271 ms.) and an ambient, fresh/ chill warehouse of 128,000 fs. ( 11892 ms.)

The bulk warehouse is fully sprinklered both roof and in-rack. The bread warehouse has a minimum temperature of 65 degrees C, whilst the chill warehouse is maintained at a product temperature ranging from 0 to 5 degrees C.

The RDC also includes a vehicle maintenance unit, vehicle washing and diesel fuel dispensing facilities, which will serve Morrison's fleet of distribution vehicles.

Surface water drainage flows to a balancing pond and water is recycled and used in the refrigeration plant room for cooling purposes.
