This BREEAM "Excellent" rated development involved the creation of 62,108 fs. (5770 ms.) of floor space arranged over 5 buildings and providing 12 office/ workshop units.

The project, which redeveloped a former industrial estate, is highly sustainable in design with measures taken including re-use of materials on site, reduction of energy consumption, on site recycling provision, creation of a nature area and maximisation of natural light and ventilation.
Development commenced on site in January 2005 and was completed by August 2005.
