Wakefield 41 is located on the A 650 and accessed from junction 41 of the M1 motorway.

The site has developed over a number of years, with DLA acting initially as masterplanners and subsequently being involved with the delivery of a number of developments for national and international companies.

DLA have been involved with the most recent phase of speculative development on land acquired by Wilson Bowden Developments, which has resulted in a range of industrial and warehousing facilities being completed and occupied over the last five years.

Most recently a 25,000 fs. (2323 ms.) resource recycling unit for Wm. Morrison has been completed and handed over.

The business park also provides the location for DLA's Wakefield office.
