The practice has been working on this project for over ten years, during which time it has played an instrumental role in the regeneration of the Riverside. Key to the transformation of this once forgotten part of the city into a lively and exciting live, work and play destination, has been our close liaison with developers, artists and the local authority.
Covering over 5 acres of land on the south bank of the River Aire, the mixed use scheme comprises office accommodation, bar and restaurant spaces, five large scale apartment blocks and an hotel, located within extensively landscaped surroundings with integral public art works.
Picking up a variety of awards over the years, Brewery Wharf was most recently recognised by the Civic Trust as making an outstanding contribution to the quality and appearance of the local environment.
