DLA planned and designed all public realm areas surrounding the new £46 million Hub building at Doncaster Education City which is located on a main gateway route into Doncaster. The brief was to create urban space that would establish strong visual and physical links with the town centre and encourage the general public to discover opportunities offered by the college. Crucially, the project demanded an extremely high quality specification to benchmark future regeneration initiatives in the Waterfront area.
