Short-listed competition entry on a 3.0 Ha Leeds City Council owned site, adjacent the inner ring road.

Proposal aims to repair the fabric of the city by introducing a mix of uses, re-instating elements of the historic grain, and improving connections across the motorway with a new footbridge.

Sustainable features include green roofs, mixed / stack natural ventilation and double skin office facades.

Proposals for art installations by Hannah Mae and Ian Randall enhance the public realm.
