Location: Morecambe

One of 6 Short-listed in an international design competition, from a field of 102 entries worldwide. The brief called for a strategic framework plan for the Central Promenade in Morecambe.

The project focuses on the 4.7 hectare Central Promenade site which lies on Morecambe Bay, adjacent to the Art Deco Grade II* Listed Midland Hotel.

The masterplan is dynamic and inventive; a vision of adventure, convenience and delight for the future residents and visitors of Morecambe.
