DLA Architecture were appointed by Rushbond Group to develop proposals to bring back into use the Grade II Listed cluster of former Mill Buildings known as Belle Vue Mills.

 

Located on the edge of Skipton Town Centre and adjacent to the Leeds Liverpool Canal, the £4.6m development with landscaped piazza, Belle Vue Square and active retail frontages will see over 1,000 people live and work at Belle Vue Mills. The development currently provides 7,500 sq m of flexible, high quality modern office accommodation for Craven District Council and North Yorkshire County Council.
