Constructed in 2004 as part of the Brewery Wharf masterplan, the building comprises of 4 storeys of office accommodation with a basement car park for 26 vehicles. The building is constructed in a contemporary palette of materials including aerofoil section curtain walling, zinc rainscreen and pre-cast concrete panels.
