Location: Leeds

We were runners up in a competition to create a mixed use, highly visible landmark building for Leeds City Centre. The proposed 36 storey tower incorporated high specification office space, residential apartments, a 250 bed hotel with conferencing facilities and retail / leisure accommodation at ground floor level.
