The scheme at Duke Street is a truly mixed-use development, comprising office space, residential apartments and houses, workspace and studios and a Design and Innovation Centre.

Primarily new-build with an element of refurbishment work the project is designed to create a dynamic interface between the valued existing buildings and the new buildings by the use of contemporary forms and materials.

Located on a prominent corner site within a conservation area the design carefully responds to the height of adjacent buildings while creating a statement itself, thus satisfying the requirements of both the client and the Local Authorities conservation department.
