The development rationalises the HSEL's existing operation onto a single site high in the Derbyshire Peak District. The scheme provides approximately 175,000 square feet of specialist accommodation from high quality office space through to highly specialist testing facilities, incorporating high tech analytical laboratories, mechanical engineering and incident assessment labs, explosives certification offices and extensive external testing platforms.
