This new 4 storey office development on Regents Park Road in Central London has been dubbed 'The Chocolate Block' due to its distinctive appearance and rich chocolate coloured cladding. The design concept was underpinned by a desire to create a 'jewel like box' that would add architectural interest to the area.

Facades will be kept simple and continuous with the use of one single material - varying only in tones, shades and textures. The window treatment on each facade however will vary in response to the adjacent elevations of neighbouring buildings.
