Location: Rotherham

A new headquarters building for a branch of the Post Office provides accommodation for up to 800 call centre workers, in a building occupying a commanding position on the Cortonwood development, Rotherham. Two wings of office space on three stories designed to BREEAM guidelines are annexed to a central hub of ancillary accommodation, including a staff restaurant overlooking a newly created lake. The scheme was designed and constructed economically on a fast-track programme.
