Having been with the Group for nearly 30 years, Bob has a wide range of experience in the industry and is responsible for Design and Practice Management, including taking ownership of the Business Development function. Providing both technical expertise and innovative solutions, Bob plays a pivotal role in personally overseeing projects from concept development through to successful completion.
With a hands on approach Bob is able to harness the collective strength of specialist and technical teams within the DLA group and so determining the optimum pathway from initial briefing to the delivery of technically advanced solutions. Through working closely with a variety of clients Bob has gained substantial commercial knowledge and understanding of the industry. It is this that enables him to recognise the key project issues and build the required resourcing profile around each project to ensure they are managed effectively and efficiently with first class results that exceed expectations.
