Having joined DLA in 1989, Mark has gained a solid reputation in the industry for delivering a range of projects and developments across the UK to a high standard. With particular expertise in the commercial and hotel sectors, Marks close liaison with clients, contractors and consultants ensures the seamless integration of knowledge and delivery of projects on time and on budget. Ensuring the Groups high design and technical standards are met, Mark manages a large team overseeing projects from initial proposals to completion. In addition to his technical role, Mark is also involved in the planning and development of the Group as a whole and is a key contributor to major decisions in the Practice. He is also involved in the development of his team through the Groups CPD programme and supports juniors and students coming into the industry, along with the day to day general management issues arising from taking charge of a particularly large team.
