Peter has built up an extensive range of experience in the delivery of a wide variety of prestigious schemes over his 25 years with the Group. He specialises in the technical delivery of projects, including schemes in the UK and across Europe, and has been at the forefront of developing the Groups reputation as an industry leader in the delivery of large and complex projects. Peter plays an active role in the day to day management of projects within the Practice with an emphasis on a practical and hands on approach. In the early stages of a project Peter is fully involved in developing a strategy for delivery and this allows him to fully understand the scheme, maintain control, and provide the right guidance for the project team as it develops and moves forward. His technical expertise is utilised across the Group and Peter is recognised by staff and clients as having an excellent reputation within the industry for his thorough knowledge and practical approach.
