DLA Architecture were appointed as architects for the Clapham One scheme in London on behalf of United House, selected as Contractor by the developer Cathedral, taking forward initial design work by Studio Egret West

 

The scheme consists of a library, Primary Care Trust, Family Doctors Practice and 136 apartments, due to complete in early 2012. It is set to transform the High Street, but has already helped Clapham gain profile and significance in a wider area of London.
