On Commercial Road in Tower Hamlets, DLA have carefully designed a scheme for the addition of nine residential units to an existing terrace.

The site is located in a Conservation Area and the final scheme is the result of extensive negotiation with the local planning authority to ensure that the massing of the proposal is kept within certain sightlines.

This £2 million development phase will complete the project, which saw the refurbishment of the ground floor in the first phase, now successfully let to Tesco Express.
