Our proposals for this prominent development site in Leeds aim to transform a semi-derelict church and surrounding area, creating 172 high specification residential apartments. The sanctuary, transepts and chancel will be restored maintaining the church's landmark status. The remainder of the dilapidated building and adjacent Presbytery will be replaced by a contemporary new build element. The material palette of coloured glass and bronze cladding is intended to create a prominent 'lantern' on the night skyline of Leeds.

The planning department voted unanimously in favour of the planning application.
