Our initial commission was to develop a masterplan for this major regeneration initiative. We were subsequently appointed to design and deliver a variety of buildings within this framework. Creating over 75,000 sq ft of office accommodation, bar and restaurant space, 350 apartments and a 250 bedroom hotel we have worked hard to ensure the quality and consistency of our design throughout. We have also strived to invigorate our approach to each and every new commission on site.
The final piece of the Brewery Wharf jigsaw is the creation of One Brewery Wharf comprising four elements which relate and respond in height to the surrounding buildings. The design culminates in a dramatic glazed 'shard' that rises vertically and creates a visually dynamic form and building identity.
