DLA Architecture successfully completed the refurbishment of an existing unit and extension for Marks and Spencer at Parc Trostre Retail Park. The M&S food store was housed within the existing unit. DLA liaised closely with tenant to incorporate their specific requirements into the unit including the provision of new loading docks and plant areas to service the unit. The fit-out was co-ordinated within the constraints of the existing unit. The works also comprised a full facade refurbishment to match the existing retail park. The entire project was completed on time and within budget to the complete satisfaction of the tenant.
