Magnolia Park is one of the largest regional shopping centres in Poland, on a site on the edge of Wroclaw, one of the largest Cities in Poland. Positioned on ul. Legneska a main arterial route on the edge of the City the scheme provides over 80,000 sq m of retail and leisure accommodation on two levels, anchored by a Tesco Hypermarket of over 10,000 sq m and a multiplex cinema. Double height atrium areas with destination restaurants, a food court, bowling alley and other leisure facilities, with 2600 car park spaces, support the shopping malls and leisure destination.

 

The scheme changed national building legislation with regard to fire codes, which were developed specifically to enable development and subsequently adopted throughout the region, whilst gaining formal legislative approvals in record time for a project that was the biggest the City had seen at the time.
