This existing retail park has been completely refurbished, all existing facades have been replaced, units extended & new build units constructed. The park now boast an impressive tenant line up of all the major high street retailers including M&S, Debenhams, BHS, Next, Boots, River Island, WH Smith, Outfit, Clarks, New Look, Laura Ashley to name a few. In addition to the pure retail offer Starbucks, Subway and a full JJB Health & Fitness club have also been constructed. The completion of the facade refurbishment is the culmination of 5 years work at the park for DLA.
