Location: Llanelli, South Wales

This £12 million design and build project, for Stadium Llanelli LLP was completed in time for Easter 2008 & comprised 14 units anchored with a Homebase Store, Currys, Argos, Carpetright, Maplin Electronics, Bensons for Beds, Allied Carpets, Comet and SCS.
A recent addition to the scheme has been a Frankie & Bennys diner.

This project is yet another one completed by the DLA Design Group of Companies with the involvement of DLA Architecture Ltd, DLA Graphics Ltd, DLA Landscape & Urban Design & DLA Project Services.
