Featuring in Yorkshire Forward's Five Towns Urban Renaissance Initiative, Pontefract Town Centre has been selected as a key area for future development and regeneration. Assisting DTZ, our role was to assemble a Town Centre Strategy to promote the area as a great place to live as well as promoting it's places of historic interest as visitor attractions. The strategy proposed the development of key sites, including public realm improvements, retail, housing and heritage uses.
