DLA were appointed by Stadium for the shell works for both the non food retail & the Tesco store. Planning was obtained in August 2011 and work began on site shortly after this. The project is planned for completion early 2013 and is hoped to bring a much needed boost the local economy.

 

This £20 million scheme which includes a 75,000sqft Tesco, petrol filling station and a total of 114,500sqft of non food retail for tenants including M&S, Next, River Island, New Look, Costa coffee & Boots merged from two previously separate developments. New shoppers will be encouraged to visit, thereby strengthening the town centre.
