COVID-19 Statement

 

With regards to the current and developing Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak and its associated impact on businesses across the UK, we are following Government guidance with regarding to trying to prevent the spread of the disease.

At DLA, the health and wellness of our employees, our clients and the communities we serve are our primary consideration. In line with Government advice we have been taking steps to ensure the safety and wellness of our employees including strict hygiene practices and reinforce preventative measures in order to limit the risk of transmission.

We have a long standing and robust Business Continuity Plan in place to manage any external pressures that may challenge our ability to provide our services which is ensuring we respond appropriately to the Coronavirus outbreak.

We realise this current situation remains very dynamic and whilst we have a strategy in place, we understand the need to be flexible. DLA has the technology and capabilities in place to enable our staff to work remotely however we have invested further in our IT infrastructure to increase this capacity. As the situation develops there may be times when, in order to maintain the professional service offered to our clients and other consultants, a higher number of staff may be working remotely from the office or reallocated to cover absent colleagues.

We appreciate that this may cause some minor inconveniences for a short period, however we are committed to supporting our Clients through this period of extended uncertainty. We are confident that we can continue to provide the highest degree of continuity and progression on our projects and we will work with our Clients to minimise any potential impacts that may arise.
