About: For Joe Johnston, every project brings new challenges, discoveries, and opportunities for innovation. He is responsible for design, technical coordination, and quality assurance of the design team and is committed to developing strong client relationships through his expertise and enthusiasm. Joe has contributed numerous improvements to our design consulting practice, particularly in the areas of management, documentation process, and quality assurance. Having over 30 years healthcare planning and design experience in California, Joe brings in-depth knowledge of OSHPD requirements and processes to our West Coast clients. Additionally, he is adept at alternative project delivery methods like design-build.
