Alejandro Carrajo

Job Role: Architect

About: Alejandro joined DLA London Studio in September 2016 after working for 2 years in GRID Architects, where he had been involved in a large number of projects at varying stages of completion. Since Alejandro’s childhood he has always been highly motivated by Arts and Technology. When he was 18 years old he had to choose between my Piano Studies and Architecture. Alejandro has never regretted the decision he made. As Rafael Moneo once said: “I will always be thankful to architecture because letting me look at the world through its eyes”.

Other Interests:

Music, Literature, Cinema, Travelling, Humans, Life.

Favourite Design / Building:

This is an incredibly difficult question. It would probably take Alejandro years to answer it. So he would say his favourite building is in Barcelona where he lived for years. Santa Caterina Market from Enric Miralles. Why? Because the design is contextual, intense, historic, luminous and unique as Enric Miralles career was.
