Job Role: Office Manager
About: Steph is based at our Head Office in Leeds and ensures the smooth running of the office whilst also assisting the other office locations. Steph’s main responsibilities include general office coordination which involves inducting new employees, managing the health and safety aspects of the building and ensuring training and site safety compliance records are kept up to date. Steph also coordinates, annual staff events and social media updates. Steph’s role also includes Facilities Coordination and the management of the Reception Team.
My Favourite Project: Our DLA Park Here Event. It gave a great insight into how the businesses and general public of Leeds could socialise with one another, it had a real sense of togetherness. It also got neighbours talking to one another as when passing they would ask questions about the project, which was great.
