The initial client brief called for a general facelift to the internal spaces of the highly regarded & instantly recognisable grade 2* listed St Pauls house, enviably located in one of the few green spaces in central Leeds. Refurbishment was undertaken of common areas and four floors of office space, in this grade 2* listed building.
The Client brief was for a simple modern interior and the refurbishment included the reception, stair cores, lobbies, lifts and WC areas. New tenant facilities, including security card swipe access, cycle storage, showers and lockers, were also provided.
The unoccupied office floors were fully stripped out & updated with new air conditioning, LED lighting with intelligent controls and new raised access floors.
The fifth floor mansard has been completely replaced with a new glazed façade with brise soliel and the roof insulated to provide a highly energy efficient space.
